The preservation and development of "Homestead of P. K. Ushkov", city of Mendeleevsk, Mendeleev district of the Republic of Tatarstan

This article addresses the issue of the preservation of historical estates outside the city of Kazan using an example of Ushkov’s homestead. This noble homestead is a reflection of the culture, architecture and prosperity of the nineteenth century, associated with the life of the well-known dynasty. The value of thе object in terms of culture and history, and the possibility of its preservation and development will be considered in this article.
