Preservation and reconstruction of the historical and cultural heritage (on materials the church of Holy Zakharii and Elisaveti in Kargat city of Novosibirsk area)

In this article are problems of preservation the church and historical heritage investigated. It is notes that in modern conditions even more monuments of the architecture, which in the past the cultural and historical centers were, nowadays was completely disappear. The materials were collected during expedition in Kargat city of Novosibirsk area within the limits of years measurement-geodetic practice have been put in a basis of scientist research. Result of research was creating of three-dimensional model reconstruction the Church of Holy Zaharii and Elisaveti.
