Conservation melioration protective forest plantations as a legal guarantee of the right to a favorable environment

The article considers one of the legal guarantees of the right of citizens to a favorable environment - the obligation of land users to preserve melioration protective forest plantations. The problems existing in the sphere of use and protection of such plantings are analyzed. Legal means for the preservation of protective plantings are allocated and recommendations are given for the consolidation of additional legal means in the legislation, in particular measures of economic incentives for land users.
