As a result of the researches, there are optimized the conditions of the cultivation of rare and valuable cultures at the different stages of clonal micropropagation. The optimum storage conditions (types and concentration of hormone in nutrient medium) in the shoot micropropagation and rhyzogenesis have been found. The collection in vitro samples of rare and valuable species (about 200 items) was created.
