Preservation of rare and endangered plants in Stavropolye

The nature protection events held in the territory of Stavropol Krai (Caucasus Mineral Waters region) on preservation and introduction in culture the rare and endangered species are described. The role of botanical garden and ecological-botanical station in preservation of rare species of plants, creation of plants collection is noted.
