Preservation of traditions of folk art and non-material cultural heritage

In article the generalizing account on work of the Section «Folk Art and Intangible Cultural Heritage» which work has taken place within the V St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is submitted (St. Petersburg, on December 1-3, 2016). The cultural tradition as the instrument of transfer to new generations of the arch of the moral, ethical and esthetic values which are the center of national originality is presented.
