Dominating role of negative amplitudes of solar activity in dynamics of earthquakes for the period with 2004 - 2010

The opportunity of an establishment of forms of communication in share tendencies between 11 years cycles of solar activity and earthquakes, at a level of oscillatory processes, enables to do the long-term forecast on seismic activity. For definition of variability of amplitudes to be used the method of share tendencies. It has been established, that cumulative characteristics of tendencies of a gain of amplitudes of solar activity and earthquakes are mutually replaced. So, at display of active tendencies of negative amplitudes in activity of the Sun, in a registered range of earthquakes of magnitude 4 and 5, there is a process of domination of positive amplitudes. Such cumulative form of communication occurs on recession of solar activity by 23-rd 11 years cycle.
