Somatotiological characteristics women of Yakut nationality 16-20 years

The purpose of the study was to identify the somatotypological features of the yakut women 16-20 years by index W.L.Rees - H. Eisenck (1945). A somatometric survey of 428 female students of yakut nationality aged 16-20 was conducted. The distribution of somatotypes was revealed: astenic body type was found in 71.2%, normostenic - in 26.2%, pyknic type - in 2.6% of cases. It was revealed that a large proportion of female students of 16-20 years of age from the yakut nationality belong to astenic body type. The features of the anthropometric indices of the Yakuts depending on the somatotype are presented.
