Relation of federalism and regionalism in the post-Soviet period cultural state policy

The specificity of the state cultural policy in the post-Soviet period, its levels and trends are considered through the appearance of new and changes in cultural institutions, forms and practices. Special attention is paid to the problem of interrelation between federalism and regionalism in the state cultural policy.
