The article reveals various points of view regarding the concepts of “euthanasia” and “assisted suicide” and their content. After analyzing the question of the correlation of these concepts, as well as questions that may arise during their qualification, the author concludes that the recognition of assisted suicide as a type of euthanasia is erroneous.
