In article the question on a parity of concepts the forensic characteristic of a crime and the mechanism of crime with reference to infringements of requirements of fire safety is considered. The approaches of representatives scientific community to definition of element structure the investigate characteristics of a crime and the crime mechanism are investigated. The authors result the arguments in favour of identity of concepts the forensic characteristic of a crime and the mechanism of crime, and also elements the investigate characteristics of infringements of requirements of fire safety are specified.
