The ratio of general and special grounds of exemption from criminal responsibility

This article deals with the application of General and special grounds for exemption from criminal liability, such as compensation for damage and compensation for harm, surrender, contributing to the disclosure or investigation of crimes. Proposals are made to improve the criminal law in terms of grounds for exemption from liability. Along with the General grounds for exemption from criminal liability, exemption from criminal liability in connection with the expiration of the Statute of limitations is considered. Various points of view on the considered problem are given.
