Ratio of human rights and law-enforcement activity (on the example of protection of subjects of aviameteorological support)

Purpose: To consider a ratio of categories «protection of human rights» and «law-enforcement activity» on the example of legal protection of subjects of meteorological providing civil aviation. Methodology: Methodological bases dialectic, sociological and system methodologies are used. They are applied in total with methods of the analysis and synthesis, abstraction, deduction and induction, interpretation, legal, statistical, juridical-linguistical, quantitative and qualitative methods of scientific knowledge. Results: The article analyzes the public relations in the field of meteorological providing civil aviation. Definition of human rights activity in the sphere of the protection of subjects of aviameteorological support including, law-enforcement activity, and representing process of formation and fixing of the norms providing the rights and interests of subjects of the corresponding relations in regulations, and also creations of the organizational and legal structures adequate to them possessing necessary competence and allocated property (including financial) and a manpower is formulated. Definition of legal protection of subjects of aviameteorological support as to the legal activities for the prevention and suppression of infringement of their rights and legitimate interests or restoration of the violated rights and legitimate interests which is carried out for creation of such operating conditions of appropriate subjects under which maximum efficiency of their work on safety of flights of aircrafts in the meteorological relation is guaranteed is given.
