Correlation of fears and aggression in men and women in posttraumatic stress disorder

The results of comparison of the aggression level and hostility and also the stage of fear intensity of male and female in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are available in the article. 317 persons (age - from 20 to 45: 129 (40,69 %) women and 188 (59,31 %) men) were examined. It was revealed, that persons with signs of chronic PTSD have more expressed manifestations. Men and women have different variety of fears and aggression. It was revealed, that hostility and aggression have direct correlation with fear: high fear level-high aggression level. This correlation intensifies in the case when fear intensity runs up to phobia. Child's fear and aggression is a sign of unripeness, incompleteness of personal forming and this fact is risk factor of chronic PTSD development.
