The article analyzes speech characteristics of two former US State Secretaries (M. Albright and C. Rice), it shows the linguosemiotic, semantic and gender differences of the politicians' speech behavior during press conferences. On the ground of the results received the author concludes that M. Albright and C. Rice show different degrees of masculine/feminine attributes
