Great attention paid to diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer is due to increase in its prevalence. This paper is de-voted to comparison of classic clinical and pathological prognostic factors and some flow cytometry parameters (ploidy, DNA index, aneuploid cells quantity) in this cancer. Endometrial tumors was predominantly aneuploid (64,7 %), half of them con-tained more than 60 % aneuploid cells. Most patients with aneuploid tumors had DNA index 1,1-1,7. Aneuploid endometrial cancer was diagnosed significantly more often in patients older than 70 years, in advanced cases, grade 2-3 tumors, tumors with deep (>1/2) myometrial invasion, cervical and intraperitoneal involvement, adnexal and lymph node metastasis, and lymph-vascular space invasion.
