Group reluctance while performing a task

The paper considered psychological mechanics of both an individual reluctance and group reluctance to either external or intra-group impact, and ways to overcome it. An experiment exploring reluctance measured a level of field dependence / field independence of group members and appears in their behavior while performing a group task that involves impaired efficiency of group' operation. A group leader can overcome reluctance by operational stimulation that is an emotional impact on the group members.
