Cotton seeds sorting with the help of dielectric calibration and sorting machines

In the article, it is planned to study the influence of the process of cottonseed separation on dielectric calibrating-sorting machines on their sowing properties. The main technological experiments were aimed at studying the effect of the operating voltage of a dielectric calibration and sorting machine on the quality of cottonseed separation and on determining the place of use of a dielectric calibration and sorting machine in cotton plant technological lines. For this, a comparative analysis of the technological circuits was carried out. The authors concluded that dielectric calibrating-sorting machines is equally effective both in the combined chain with caliber-sorting the machine and immediately after cotton seed strand cleaning the machine.
