The article considers the human labor force as an innovation, the main productive force of social progress. The article analyzes the current state, trends, patterns of development of labor migration of Russia with the member States of the Eurasian economic Union as a factor in achieving sustainable socioeconomic development. The demographic situation, social and economic situation of Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus is estimated.
