Status and problems of personnel policy in ATC SEAD GU MVD for Moscow

In the article conducted the analysis of personnel policy in ATC SEAD GU MVD of Russia in Moscow. On the basis of the analysis the key problems of personnel policy and ways of their solution are revealed. Interior Ministry personnel policy is a set of rules, principles, methods and means that regulate the activities of managers of internal Affairs agencies, units and organizations of internal Affairs bodies for managing officers, employees of internal Affairs bodies, Federal state civil servants, staff formation. The effectiveness of the internal Affairs bodies, the solution of the whole complex of problems of law enforcement and security, the prestige and authority of the internal Affairs bodies in society depends on the effectiveness of the personnel policy.
