Factoring in modern Russia is at the most important stage of its development. The purpose of which is to reduce the risks of enterprises of various types of activities. This area is considered one of the oldest forms of business financing and is a little studied area in the Russian economy. The article examines the state and development trends of factoring, identifies problems and identifies prospects.
