The state of animal immune system in connection with ecological loading

The experimental data are presented on the effect of man-caused factors on immune system in laboratorial rats. The concentration of hemoglobin, glucose, the amount of erythrocytes, leucocytes, T-lymphocytes, neutrophils in animal blood were determined. The copper and arsenic content was analyzed in water samples. It was shown, that chronic exposure of decay daughter of chemical preparation on organism of laboratorial rats of the Wistar line has a pronounced negative effect on immune system: reduction of leucocytes, T-lymphocytes and erythrocytes amounts against a background of raised eosinophils content. The increase of spontaneous reaction of blood neutrophyls in experimental animals suggests the protective reaction on antigen, whereas the true differences between the parameters in control and experimental animals suggest the exhaustion of organism protective reserve.
