The state of information security of Russia as a factor of economic development

This article examines the state of development of information security in Russia in the economic sector. This topic is relevant, because due to the tense political situation in the country, there has been an increase in attacks on the Russian information space, which means interruptions in the work of organizations and the leakage of data and finances from the economy if the attackers succeed. The article analyzes such indicators as the level of criminalization of the Russian ICT sector, the size of the information security protection market, and the level of digital literacy in the country. These data are needed for a general look at the information security development strategy pursued by the government to assess the further development of information security in the economy.
