Scientific coverage of the political and administrative elite of the 1990-s in the modern Russian historiography

The article analyses the key aspects of the coverage of the subject of 1990-s political and administrative elites in the modern Russian historiography. The authors discuss the processes which occurred in Russia in the course of policy of liberal-democratic reforms implementation, which radically changed the vector of development of the Russian state and society.
