The state of the credit consumer cooperatives in Russia

The article deals with the theoretical foundations of credit consumer cooperatives, their distinctive features and the current state in Russia. The legal framework for credit consumer cooperatives is studied in detail. The characteristics of credit consumer cooperatives, the duties of credit cooperatives members and the conditions under which the activities of these cooperatives are carried out are described in detail.
