The problem of sports and biorhythms usually contacts moving. However seasonal dispensing of loadings has a great impact on a functional condition in micro meso - and preparation macrocycles. Difficulty arises in definition of a contribution of seasonal factors and volume of training influences. Young athletes are more affected by cumulative environmental factors and technologies of preparation (training, recovery). The article considers the dynamics of biorhythms with skiers in the preparatory, competition and supporting functional state of the period of transition and recovery). Ecological and physiological research in the city of the southern Urals with the presence of xenobiotics, high content of CO2, contrast of temperatures (from - 30 to 0 degrees Celsius) in the winter; in spring show tensions adaptive-compensatory processes, extended periods of recovery of functions, frequent against non-adaptable processes [3]. There is a need to identify on which organs and systems have the greatest impact ecological, physiological and digestive and recovery factors.
