The state of the youth labor market of the Trans-Baikal territory

The relevance of the topic of this article lies in the fact that the youth labor market in the territory of any subject of the Russian Federation is an important direction, based on the fact that not only the unemployment rate in the region, but also its development depends on the professional orientation of young personnel. Accordingly, the higher the professionalism of young employees, the higher the performance indicators of the organizations of the subject of the country. On the other hand, this area of the modern labor market is the most problematic, since most organizations do not seek to employ young employees without work experience. Especially, this area of the labor market has become problematic after the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in Russia at the end of 2019.
