State of infantry victims of crime: legal and victimological aspects

The author considers the significance of the state of intoxication of the victim of a crime from the standpoint of criminal law, the criminal process, victimology. It is pointed out the special significance of this state in the system of factors that determine victimization, the questions of assessing the indications given to victims who were at the time of encroachment in a state of intoxication are analyzed.
