Status, problems and prospects of development of free economic zones

This article discusses the activities of free economic zones at all stages of its life cycle, which is associated with a fundamentally new financial-credit and tax policy, with new terms of organization and supervision by Federal and local authorities of economic activities of divisions of areas, including domestic and foreign legal and physical entities. The functioning of zones as a complicated administrative-territorial formations dictates the need to develop and implement a fundamentally new forms and methods of state regulation. On the one hand, free economic hone contains a special significantly different from the elements of the national economy, the features: its nature and approaches to production infrastructure, the specifics of the production methods and the use of technology, organization of work and financial supply chain activities. On the other hand, free economic zone remains an integral part of national economic mechanism and retains all the inherent features.
