State of controlling system at machine building enterprises

The article presents an original approach to assessment of the control system at the machine building enterprises by cases of the enterprises of Krasnodar Krai and Republic of Adygea. The author considers the nature and relevance of certain constituent elements of the efficient and strategic controlling system. The study shows advantages of application of the controlling in the industry. The author notes the factors restraining and reducing the efficiency of the controlling system at the Russian machine building enterprises.
