The article analyzes the place of cross-border e-commerce in the world: the volume of e-commerce, the average check of buyers, the commodity structure of imported foreign products within e-commerce, the share of Russians making purchases, etc. The relevance of the topic under consideration is due to the objective process of the rapid development of e-commerce in most countries of the world ... In order to show the prospects of the Russian e-commerce market, the article uses a tool for trend analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators under consideration. The e-commerce market in Russia today is not saturated enough, therefore, it presents a great potential for development.
