A series of pathological changes in the posterity of male rats was observed after administration of anti-tumor drugs (Vepeside and Irinotekan) at a single maximum tolerable dose 1, 3 and 6 months before crossing. Genetically determined changes in the posterity of male rats were pronounced in a greater extent after administering Vepeside (topoisomerasa II inhibitor) than after Irinotekan (topoisomerasa I inhibitor). In view of the least adverse effect on the posterity, the most preferable time for crossing is 3 months after administration of these cytostatic drugs.
