The article discusses approaches to improving the administration of changes in the marketing activities of tourist enterprises. It is established that the information support is based on the necessary information on the administration and implementation of a set of operations for the administration of changes in the marketing of tourist enterprises. The formed complex of information support for the administration of changes in marketing made it possible to ensure high efficiency and quality of the implementation of the processes of changes in the marketing of tourist enterprises. It has been proven that the speed of change is of the utmost importance, which determines the importance of managing the process of change and constantly monitoring compliance with requirements and capabilities, which is difficult to ensure without the administration of changes in marketing. It was found out that within the framework of changes, administrative management is a necessary tool that will allow implementing the strategy and tactics of change, achieving the goal of change. It is determined that administrative management is carried out in the form of a process of administration of the activities of performers performing work within the framework of the received task. Based on the goals and objectives set before the administration, it should be considered as a set of actions that constantly affect the process of performing certain works under certain conditions in tourist enterprises at the present stage.
