Improving banking financial management on the example of Sberbank PJSC

The article discusses the main methodological approaches to k. The key areas of development of the banking business are systematized, the forms of expanding the scope of banks' activities are presented: the transition from a "traditional organization" to an "ecosystem" with the creation of cloud services. Also, the advantages of creating clouds are presented, which consist in the formation by banks of a set of services to best meet the needs of the client, as well as expanding the client base and increasing competitiveness. As a result, the main directions for the development of banking structures were deduced.
