The article deals with the problem of disclosing the company's potential on the basis of employee knowledge management. It is shown that corporate experience and individual knowledge of employees help the company create additional value. The management needs to formulate its attitude to knowledge management in order to show its importance for the achievement of the company's goals. After that, the management will be left to choose the necessary techniques and techniques for managing corporate experience and employee knowledge.
