Improving business processes of the enterprise on the basis of implementation of the information system

The author of the article notes that the innovative activity of the enterprise is today the defining strategic direction of the development of business entities. Strategic innovation activity characterizes the innovative development of the enterprise, which provides the competitive advantages of the enterprise among competitors. The author of the article concludes that innovation-active enterprises are distinguished by their commitment to innovation, a high degree of intensity of introduction of innovations and best practices into production, as well as the ability to mobilize available resources to achieve continuity and sequence of operations, which contributes to an increase in the economic efficiency of production and growth of the level of well-being of labor collectives. At the same time, it was noted that the management of innovative-active enterprises is associated with certain difficulties, and, first of all, with the shortcomings of the current system for managing operational business processes.
