Improving the digital support of management decisions at enterprises

The directions of improving the digital support of solutions are considered. It has been established that digital security is the main condition for efficiency in enterprises. At the same time, the main problems of digital security formation are: determining the need for information; establishing data sources; implementing the procedure for converting data into analytical information that meets the needs of a decision maker. It is determined that the structure of digital security represents the relationship between an information system and an information and analytical service. Such a structure defines the components of information support, which is of practical importance in its formation. It is proved that the information base of management decisions is a set of data obtained on the basis of accounting and management accounting, budget or plan data and non-accounting information from both internal and external sources. It was found out that some managers see the way to solve their problems in using the latest technologies, not taking into account the fact that technologies do not replace enterprise management and decision-making, but only act as an appropriate means in this process if necessary. The proposed approach to the formation of an economic information system based on the production cycle allows you to quickly influence the current planning of an enterprise’s production activities and contributes to achieving high efficiency in the development and management decision-making process.
