Improving the Activities of Duty Units of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Russian Federation in the Context of Digital Transformation

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the role and importance of duty units in the structure of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. Their essence is revealed as a key link in the operational management system, ensuring continuous response to changes in the operational environment. The main functions and tasks facing these divisions are discussed in detail. Special attention is paid to the study of the impact of modern information and communication technologies on improving the efficiency of their activities. The possibilities and problems of implementing the services of the Unified System of Information and Analytical Support for the Activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (ISOD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia) are analyzed. The article also examines the current problems faced by duty units, including issues of regulatory and legal regulation, staffing and significant workload. The thesis is substantiated that further digital transformation and an integrated approach to solving existing problems are a prerequisite for improving the effectiveness of duty stations and strengthening public safety.
