Improving the financial and credit mechanisms of state support for small businesses on the example of the Kyzylsky district

The article discusses the financial and credit mechanisms of state support in the Kyzylsky district of the Republic of Tyva, considers the schemes of lending by banks to small businesses at a particular enterprise, highlights the main problems of state support and development of small businesses. Small businesses need the support of the state and their region, and these should not be targeted measures, but comprehensive measures that will help the development of small businesses, and, accordingly, the development of the economy.
