Improvement of financial support for the activities of educational organizations on the basis of cluster approach

The problems in the organization of the operation and interaction of the labor market and the education market and reasons for the mismatch of interests of the labor market and the education market are revealed. The characteristic of educational innovation clusters as a form of organization of these types of markets is given. Approaches to the change in educational organizations financing model in the framework of education cluster are refined, the positive effects that can be achieved by combining the interests of the state, science and education, representatives of the business community within the educational cluster are identified.
