Improvement of state regulation of agrarian and industrial complex of Russia

Considering the accession of Russia to the WTO, the state regulation of agriculture is becoming especially relevant in order to ensure the food security of the country. Russia was obliged to reduce the level of state support and refused the export subsidies. In this situation an important step is the shift of the agricultural sector in favor of measures permitted by the WTO rules.
