Improvement of state regulation of national economy in conditions of global instability

The article analyzes the causes that determine the increase of requirements to the system of state regulation of the national economy. Based on this the authors highlight two main problems that must be solved in the frames of the system of state regulation. The presence of a number of conditions and restrictions underscores the need for the formation of science-based regulatory system that takes into account the experience of other countries in the period of globalization.
