Improvement of state regulation of securities market carrying out for investors protection in the Russian Federation

The author reasons the necessity of improving the processes of investor protection by the government in order to increase investment activity in Russia, and identifies the main criteria to describe effectiveness of investor protection. The method of evaluation the effectiveness of protection of investors' rights and lawful interests in securities market is also presented in the article.
