Improvement of state regulation of foreign trade activities at the federal level

In the conditions of Russia's integration into the world economy, especially important is the need to improve state regulation of foreign economic activities at the Federal level. The paper proposes a framework legislation, which should regulate foreign economic activity at the Federal level.
