Improvement of the state support of the competitive investment programs for enterprises of the defence industry

The article substantiates the need for improvement of the state support of the defence industry complex’s enterprises during their investment projects implementation, as well as expansion of the state guarantees. The authors define the main criteria, ways and methods of the state and business cooperation when performing state defence procurement, and suggest a method of credit risk assessment and protection of investors’ rights.
