Improvement of the state support of the agricultural insurance in Russia

The article presents analysis of the modern system of agricultural insurance with the state support in Russia by considering its positive and negative aspects, as well as current trends. The authors propose a number of measures to improve the existing system of insurance and to raise government expenditures efficiency, as well as suggest to change the established conception of agricultural insurance by introduction of the main principles and application of additional programs of “the profitable insurance savings".
