Improvement of the state development policy as a condition of enhancement of the Russian economy security

The study of the modern state policy allows to reveal the mechanisms of economic development management. The author substantiates the necessity of reorientation of the management policy on the support of strategic priorities that reflect the need for sustainable and safe development of economic systems. As a problem area requiring special attention, the author considers the violation of the system character of development. To overcome this problem it is proposed to focus the government efforts on the priorities of balanced development.
