Improvement and automation of the taxation and accounting system of foreign labor migrants in Russia

The sources and causes of the migration control and taxation problems of foreign workers in Russia are considered and improving the system of taxation and accounting of external labor migrants through its automation are proposed. The state information system which proposed in paper for development and implementation opens opportunities for significant reduction in the burden on the executive bodies of state power and the liberalization of the Russian labor market for foreign workers and their employers.
