Improvement and transformation of educational programs for training modern managers in a dynamic economy

The modern economy is characterized by a rapid pace of change and dynamic development, which requires managers to have high professional competence and flexibility of thinking. For the last three years, the turbulent external environment has created new challenges for the state and business. This study examines the problem of improving and changing educational programs for training managers in the context of digital transformation and dynamic economic changes according to the urgent needs of the time. The authors draw attention to the need to additionally take into account in the training programs for managers current trends and challenges that exist in the business world, such as digitalization, sustainable development, intercultural communication and mutually beneficial partnership, etc. The article discusses the skills and abilities necessary for a manager of the future, as well as the analysis of research modification of educational programs in the field of management. Based on the data obtained and the requirements of the external environment and the market, the authors conducted a SWOT analysis, which presents strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats of transformation of educational programs in the direction of “Management”. Further, the author’s representation of the model of educational programs for training managers is formed, followed by justification of the interrelationships of the elements. In conclusion, the importance of developing certain competencies of modern managers to ensure a successful response to the challenges of the modern economic environment is emphasized.
