Improvement of infrastructure of spatial social and economic systems (on the example of the market of ecological goods and services)

In article the importance of an infrastructure component of development of regional and local social and economic systems on the example of the local market of ecological goods and services is proved. Formation of a uniform information resource of development of this market is offered, the system of an assessment of indicators of level of its development is developed.
